We are seeking a highly motivated person with initiative and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to fill an important role within our Administrative Services Team. The Student Services Officer is responsible for servicing enquiries from students, implementing student attendance procedures and providing cyclical reports, providing First Aid and attending to staff enquiries.
The successful applicant will have experience in a previous front desk or customer service and administration role, possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills and be able to maintain a professional telephone manner at all times. Experience in the education industry would be looked at favourably.
- Working with Children Check
- Certificate IV in Business or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with databases
- Strong time management skills, organisational skills and attention to detail
- First Aid Certificate

Duties will include photocopying and production of publications with the College, operating the folding and enveloping, laminating and binding machines, stock control, relieving at reception duties.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified tutors to join our team of dedicated music itinerants who hold a Working with Children Check and a Permission to Teach Certificate.
Our program is run on Thursdays.
Private students will be determined by enrolment and current students continuing the program.
